Friendly staff and we were able to get the room cleaned whenever we wanted. 2 water bottles delivered everyday. Internet was perfect for me to work online! Parking was good too.

it was very close to Chiang Mia University and only a short walk to laundry and shops. the rooms are huge ,beds are very comfortable and had a balcony where we could hang our washing. Although a little pricey for a budget hotel it was worth it overall.Would definitely stay there again
